The Women's Probus Club of Pretty River

In our example below, this is how to register for an upcoming event called “Lunch and Jazz Matinee”

1.     Log in to The Women’s Probus Club of Pretty River website.
2.     Find the event you’d like to join by clicking “Events” on the main menu bar. Events are organized into:

      a.    Upcoming Events

      b.     Monthly Meeting
      c.     Annual Events
      d.     Annual General Meeting (AGM)
3.     Click “Upcoming Events”

4.     A screen will appear with a list of future events. Click “Register” to sign up for a particular event.

5.     Since you are logged in, your email will automatically populate the “Email” field as the registrant. Click “Next” to confirm.

6.     Since you are logged in, the required fields will automatically populate the registration information. Verify that the information is correct. You have the option of including your name in the list of registrants that is public to other members. It is not viewable to the public; it is only viewable to members who are logged in. If you don’t want to be included, click on the box to unselect. Click “Next” to confirm.

7.     Review and confirm that this is the event for which you are registering. If it is correct, click “Pay online” at the bottom of the screen. Visa and MasterCard are the only online payment options.

8.    Enter your credit card information as requested. Before proceeding, you need to agree to the privacy policy and security policy. If you wish to review these policies, click on the text highlighted in blue. When you are ready to pay, click pay. The amount that will be charged to your credit card will be shown in the blue box.

9.     You will receive a payment confirmation as well as an email registration confirmation from The Women’s Probus Club of Pretty River. You can view the events for which you have registered through “My profile” under the heading "My event registrations”.
